The Estate of Peter Tulloch, residing at 3 Dudley Avenue South, Edinburgh, EH6 4PH was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 11th September 2003 and Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 11th September 2003.
