Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held on 22nd July 2003 at 2.00pm within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting.
