Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Scotland on 12th June 2003 by Vivian Murray Bairstow and Ronald Robinson, both of Begbies and Traynor, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Grays Inn, London joint administrators of the company formerly known as AU.U. Trading Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 152 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TB, and now known as AU.U. Realisations Limited, and having its Registered Office at 3 Annfield Place, Duke Street, Glasgow craving inter alia that said AU.U. Realisations Limited be wound up by the court and joint interim liquidators appointed in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 17th June 2003 Lord Hardie appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service.
