REALTY WORLD TRADING LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 22nd May 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by the Petitioner, Mr. Ronald W. Torrance of 7 Witholm, Whitehill, Dalkeith, Midlothian, EH22 2QH, craving the court inter alia to make an order restoring the name of Realty World Trading Limited to the Register of Companies in which Petition by Interlocutor of 23rd May 2003, Lord Drummond-Young appointed all parties with an interest to lodge answers, if so advised, within seven days after intimation.
