Statement of General Partner

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 14th May 2003 Manjit Dale transferred to Lantern House Trust all of the interest held by him in TDR Capital General Partner LP (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SLP4858 and that accordingly with effect from 14th May 2003. Manjit Dale ceased to be a limited partner and Lantern House Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership.
