Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk on 19th May 2003, by Keith Cranton residing at Parklands, Station Road, Slamannan, Stirlingshire FK1 3DQ for an order to wind up the said Cairnwell Components Limited, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 19th May 2003 appointed the petition to be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court, Falkirk and advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald newspaper and ordained any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the crave of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Main Street, Camelon, Falkirk FK1 4AR within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement and meantime appointed Ian William Wright of Haines Watts to be provisional liquidator of the said Cairnwell Components Limited with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and that until an Interim Liquidator of the said company is appointed or the Petition at the instance of Keith Cranton, presently pending in Falkirk Sheriff Court is dismissed and such appointment is terminated by order of Court.
