FIRST OPTION CATERING LIMITED

(In Liquidation)

I, Christine Convy, convyclark ltd, Carlyle House, Carlyle Road, Kirkcaldy, Fife KY1 1DB, hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of The Insolvency Act (Scotland) Rules 1986 that on 30th April 2003, I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company by Resolution of the Sheriff at Alloa Sheriff Court as no creditors or their representatives attended the First Meeting of Creditors held on 16th April 2003.

A Liquidation Committee was not constituted and I do not intend to summon a meeting to establish a liquidation committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
