Notice is hereby given that on 25th April 2003 a Note was presented to the Court of Session. Edinburgh by Adrian Richard Stanway, Chartered Accountant, Kintyre House, 1 West George Street, Glasgow, Liquidator of N Rowan Builders Limited (In Liquidation), a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 12 Blair Street, Edinburgh, (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to authorise and direct the Liquidator to pay the assets of the Company as follows: firstly in the payment of the Liquidator’s remuneration and expenses, secondly in the payment of the claims of the Inland Revenue and City of Edinburgh Council and thirdly in the payment of any remaining balance to the contributories, in which Note Lord Reed, by Interlocutor dated 1st May 2003, allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within twenty-one days after intimation, advertisement and service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
