Notice is hereby given, That the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 4 and Paragraph 7 of the Second Schedule to the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961 (as amended) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, confirmed the Earnbank, Bridge of Earn Flood Prevention Scheme 2002, on 14th April 2003. A copy of the confirmed Scheme and plans are available for inspection at Perth and Kinross Council, Planning and Transportation Office, Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth PH1 5GD during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
