Notice is hereby given that on the 29th April 2003 a Summary Application was presented in terms of section 653(2) of the Companies Act 1985, and Act of Sederunt (Summary Applications, Statutory Applications and Appeals etc.) Rules 1999 to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Ace Security Management Limited, whose registered office is 13 Lynedoch Crescent, Glasgow, G3 6EQ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to restore the name of the Company to the register of companies in Scotland; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 29th April 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within seven days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
