Sequestration of the estate of

The estate of Angus Murray, Flat 1, Marina Quay, Lossiemouth, Morayshire IV31 6TJ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin on Tuesday 18th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to George N MacLeod Esq CA, George N MacLeod, 40 Cromwell Street, Stornoway PA87 2DD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 20th February 2003.
