INVERCLYDE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED
A petition was on 11th March 2003 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Inverclyde Development Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1967 and having its Registered Office at 141 West Regent Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 2SG be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Eassie by Interlocutor dated 14th March 2003 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
