Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held on 9th April 2003 at 12 noon within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection within the offices of PKF, Chartered Accountants, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting.
