DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 25) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 169) Order 2002 comes into force on 29th March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Rysa Salmon Farm at the site known as Lyrawa Bay, situated in Lyrawa Bay, north west of Rysa Little, Hoy, Orkney Isles (OS grid ref: ND 300 989) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
