DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 32) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 25) Order 2001 comes into force on 29th March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages owned by Portree Salmon Farmers Limited and previously operated by Highland Fish Farmers Limited, now operated by Lighthouse Highland Limited at the site known as Portree, situated east of Portree in Loch Portree, Isle of Skye (OS grid ref: NG 500 442) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
