THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (STEPHENS BRAE, INVERNESS) (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 152(2) of the Roads Scotland (Act) 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of public right of passage over the road described in the Schedule hereto and entitled above.

A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the road over which the public right of passage is to be redetermined together with a statement of reasons for making the Order have been deposited at the office of The Highland Council Service Point, 23 Church Street, Inverness. Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 28th March 2003, Monday to Friday during the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Any person may, within 28 days from 28th March 2003, object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Ashley Broadbent, Area TEC Services Manager, 94 Diriebught Road, Inverness. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

All that part of Stephen’s Brae from its junction with Eastgate eastwards to a point in line with the northwest gable of No 21 Stephen’s Brae a total distance of 75 metres or thereby.
