The estate of the late William Armstrong, residing at Strathneuk, High Street, Earlsferry, Fife, KY9 1AU and carrying on the business of J W Barnet & Co, 20 Dougal Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7EU was sequestrated by The Sheriff Court, Edinburgh on 13th March 2003 and Morris Murray Duncan, Chartered Accountant, 29 Manor Place, Edinburgh, EH3 7DX has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the Sequestrated Estate.

Any creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 13th March 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
