Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 21st March 2003, Westport Private Equity Limited (02215798) transferred to John McCrory all of the interest held by it in Westport Scottish Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3723 and Westport Private Equity Limited ceased to be a limited partner and John McCrory became a limited partner in Westport Scottish Limited Partnership.
