Notice is hereby given that on 12th March 2003 a Petition was presented to The Court of Session, Edinburgh by The Governor and Company of The Bank of Scotland, incorporated by Act of Parliament and having its head office at The Mound, Edinburgh, craving the Court inter alia to make an order restoring the name of Lasswade Limited to the Registrar of Companies in which Petition by Interlocutor of 18th March 2003, Lord Nimmo Smith appointed all parties with an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within twenty-one days after intimation, advertisement and service.
