TM (UK) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 12th March 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by the Directors of TM (UK) Limited having its registered office at Woodend Industrial Estate, Cowdenbeath, Fife, KY4 8HW craving the Court inter alia that the said TM (UK) Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Matthew Purdon Henderson, Messrs Grant Thornton, 1/4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8LQ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 12th March 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dunfermline within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Matthew Purdon Henderson to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in part I, paragraphs 2 and 3, part II, paragraphs 4 and 5 and part III, paragraphs, 6, 7 and 13 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
