Notice is hereby given that on 11th March 2003 a note was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Ballast plc having their Registered Office at Centurion Business Park, 3 Seaward Place, Glasgow G41 1HH (“the noters”) craving the Court, inter alia that The Burrell Company (Construction Management) Limited having their Registered Office at 4th Floor, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court, that Ballast plc be sisted as petitioners and that Kenneth Robert Craig, Chartered Accountant of Tenon Recovery, 1 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 5AD be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 11th March 2003 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement of all of which notice is hereby given.
