Notice is hereby given that on 11th March 2003 a Petition was presented at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Simply Distribution Limited having its Registered Office at 505 Great Western Road, Glasgow (“the Company”) that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 11th March 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which Notice is hereby given.
