Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley, PA1 3QS on 28th March 2003 at 2.30pm and 3.00pm respectively for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
