Notice 2/2000 is varied only to the extent of its reference to and descriptions of the demarcation on or to the Great River Ouse contained in this Notice.

On and after 31st March 2003, the provisions of paragraph 11 of Schedule 13A to the Order (Schedule 13A was also inserted by S.I. 1999/2126) shall apply in the above demarcated zones for the purpose of controlling the spread of potato brown rot.

Also on and after 31st March 2003 the areas of surface water which have been designated as contaminated and to which the prohibition on irrigation and spraying of potato and tomato crops in paragraph 11 (b )(i) to (iii) of Schedule 13A to the Order shall apply are the same as those demarcated above.
