DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 29) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 31) Order 2001 comes into force on 22nd March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages owned by Marine Harvest (Scotland) Limited at the site known as Loch Alsh (Sron) situated in Loch Alsh, south east of Kyleakin, Isle of Skye (OS grid ref: NG 785 255) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
