DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 28) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 73) Order 1999 comes into force on 22nd March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to West Minch Salmon Ltd at the site known as Loch Kilerivagh, situated in Loch Kilerivagh at a point called Eilean Dhub Ceann A’Chlachain, South Uist, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NF 845 466) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
