Notice is hereby given that on 4th March 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by the Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland, incorporated by Act of Parliament and having its Head Office at The Mound, Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia to make an order restoring the name of Topspin.co.uk Limited to the Registrar of Companies, in which Petition by Interlocutor of 6th March 2003, Lord Eassie appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within 21 days after intimation, advertisement and service.
