A petition has been presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by Shortlees Ltd., Company Number SC153012, having its Registered Office at Barony Industrial Estate, Barony Road, Auchinleck, Ayrshire, KA18 2BL, craving the court to restore the name of the company to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. By deliverance dated 24th February 2003, the Sheriff ordered advertisement of the Petition and deliverance and appointed any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days after such advertisement.
