The estate of Yuk Ying Lee as whole partner and as an individual of the firm Orchid Green, 18 Garvock Terrace, Dunfermline trading as Orchid Garden, 120 Queensferry Road, Rosyth was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 27th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan C Thomson Esq CA, Messrs Thomson Cooper & Co, 18 Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline KY12 7JU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 8th January 2003.
