The estate of Hassan Sharif, 2/46 Morningside Park, Edinburgh EH10 5HA formerly trading at 176 Morningside Road, Edinburgh and now carrying on business at City Spice, 88 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 5th March 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David F Rutherford Esq CA, Cowan & Partners, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6RR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 30th January 2003.
