POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that application is being made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Forbo-Nairn Ltd, in respect of activities being carried out, namely manufacture of cushioned vinyl floorcoverings, in an installation at Den Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 2SB.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth PH2 0PA during office hours. Please quote Reference No PPC/E/20037.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency at the above address, and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered into the public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not so be entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
