The estate of Garry Fraser Gault, 20 Golfview Terrace, Inverness IV3 8JJ trading as Northern Forestry/Northern Forestry Contractors, Unit 10, Site 22, Dalcross Industrial Estate, Inverness was sequestrated by the sheriff at Inverness on Tuesday 25th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James C Pringle Esq CA, James C Pringle & Co, 7 View Place, Inverness IV2 4SA, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
