Sequestration of the estate of

Liaquat Ali

The estate of Liaquat Ali, formerly residing at 2 Redhills View, Lennoxtown, Glasgow whose present whereabouts are unknown, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 24th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statelnent of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Colin A F Hastings Esq CA, Messrs Hastings & Co, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 9th January 2003.
