Notice is hereby given that on 17th February 2003 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by Cook Fabrication Services Limited having their registered office at 1 Golf Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7HU craving the Court inter alia that the said Cook Fabrication Services Limited be wound up by the Court; in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor dated 17th February 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
