Notice is hereby given that on 27th February 2003, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by The Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland, a company incorporated by Act of Parliament and having their Head Office at The Mound, Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that Tay Square Properties Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at The Business Centre, 10 Tay Square, Dundee DD1 1PB be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition by Interlocutor of 27th February 2003 Temporary Lord Ordinary T. G. Coutts, QC, appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Tenon, 1 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh to be provisional liquidator of the Company and appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service.
