Notice is hereby given that on 25th February 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by James Norman Allison, Dr Gerd Icks, Werner Epp, Jochen Mauch and Karen Willis the Directors of Precision Technology Group Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EN, craving the Court inter alia that the said Precision Technology Group Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which petition Lord Eassie by Interlocutor dated 28th February 2003 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
