Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held within the offices of Baker Tilly, Chartered Accountants, 23 Queen Street, Edinburgh on 18th March 2003 at 10.30am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act.

A list of names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge within the offices of Baker Tilly, Chartered Accountants, 23 Queen Street, Edinburgh for the two business days preceding the meeting.
