DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (ASAMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 19) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 166) Order 2002 comes into force on 8th March 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, asamended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing hatchery and tanks belonging to Millburn Salmon Hatchery at the site known as Millburn, situated west of Burnhouse and north west of Lyness, Hoy, Orkney Islands (OS grid ref: ND 296 955) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
