Notice Under Regulation 13(5)

Proposed Development at

HILL OF TRAMAUD LANDFILL SITE, HAREhILL, BRIDGE OF DON, ABERDEEN

Notice is hereby given that information in relation to an Environmental Statement has been submitted to City Development Services of Aberdeen City Council, St Nicholas House, Broad Street. Aberdeen. AB10 1BW relating to the planning application in respect of a development to complete the landfill site, restore land and creation of a temporary site access from the B999.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the Register of Planning Applications kept by the Planning Authority for the area at St Nicholas House (8th Floor), Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1BW during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Atkins Design Environment & Engineering, First Floor, Thomson House, Birchwood Park, Risley, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 6AT at a cost of £90 excluding postage and packaging.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Aberdeen City Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within that period to the City Development Services of the City Council at their offices at St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1BW.
