The estate of Nicola Carol Somerville, 15 Brodick Walk, Ormiston Crescent, Dundee DD4 0RW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dundee on Monday 24th February 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian R Johnston Esq FCCA, Henderson Loggie, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee DD1 1DZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
