Notice is hereby given that I was appointed liquidator of Swanston Construction Limited at the first meeting of the creditors held on 26th February 2003. A liquidation committee was not established, I do not intend to convene a further meeting of the creditors unless required to do so by creditors representing one tenth in value of those entitled to vote at such a meeting.
