CHARGES FOR AIR SERVICES

SPECIFICATION BY THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY

THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (EUROCONTROL CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) SPECIFICATION 2003

Taking Effect on 1st March 2003

The Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73, 74 and 75 of the Transport Act 2000(a) hereby makes the following Specification:

1.	This Specification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Eurocontrol Charges) (Amendment) Specification 2003 and shall take effect on 1st March 2003.
2.	The Civil Aviation Authority (Eurocontrol Charges) Specification 2003 shall be amended as follows:

In column (3) of the Schedule, for the unit rate of “72.52” euros for Norway there shall be substituted “70.44” euros.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The unit rate for Norway is reduced from 72.52 euros to 70.44 euros with effect from 1st March 2003.
