Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at 11.30am on 21st February 2003 at 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also to consider a Resolution to allow the Liquidator to dispose of both his own and the Company’s books, accounts and documents three months after the date of the meeting.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy, or proxies, to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
