FEET & CO. (SCOTLAND) LIMITED

A Petition was presented on 14th January 2003 by Martha McLean and others asking the court i nter alia to appoint Feet & Co. (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 32 Milton Road, College Milton, East Kilbride, G74 5BU to be wound up by the court under the provision of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint a liquidator to the said Company by interlocutor dated 14th January 2003, Lord Clarke granted warrant for service of the Petition and appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto with the Office of Court at The Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh with eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and nominated and appointed J. Scott McGregor, Chartered Accountant, Begbies Traynor, Lomond House, 10 Somerset Place, Glasgow to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
