I, Michael J M Reid CA, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR hereby give notice that by Interlocutor dated 31st December, 2002, the Aberdeen Sheriff appointed me Interim Liquidator of the above company.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rule 4.12 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that the first meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at 11am on Monday 27th January 2003 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR for the purposes of choosing a liquidator and considering the other resolutions specified in rule 4.12(3) of the aforementioned rules.

Meantime, any creditor of the above named company is invited to submit details of their claim to the address below.
