ASIF INTERNATIONAL ACCOMMODATORS LIMITED

A petition was on 20th December 2002 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Asif International Accommodators Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 3QS be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Wheatley by Interlocutor dated 30th December 2002 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
