POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above regulations, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Isola Werke UK Limited in respect of activities being carried out namely Coating Activities in an installation at 2 Wyndford Road, Wardpark North Industrial Area, Cumbernauld, G68 0BA.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects from emissions from the installation on the environment.

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, Edinburgh office, Clearwater House, Heriot Watt Research Park, Avenue North, Riccarton, Edinburgh. EH14 4AP during normal office hours. Please quote reference No PPC/E/20028.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to SEPA at the above address, and if received within 28 days of this notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
