Health Professions Order 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and (3) of the Health Professions Order 2001 (S.I. 2002 No. 254) hereby specifies 22nd January 2003 as the day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health Professions Order: 2001:

article 2 and Schedule 3, in so far as they relate to the definition of “Practice Committees”:

In article 3: paragraphs (8) and (18) in so far as they relate to the provisions of Schedule 1 to the Order set out below; paragraphs (9) and (10) in so far as not already in force; and paragraph (11) in so far as it relates to other provisions of the Order brought into force on 22nd January 2003:

article 27(a);

in Schedule 1, paragraph 18 and paragraph 19, sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) and (7) to (11),
