Notice is hereby given that a Note was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dingwall seeking authority to:

1.	Dispense with the settlement of a List of Contributories, and;
2.	Fix a date on or before which all Creditors of the above Company are to prove their debts or Claims.

The Sheriff dispensed with the settlement of a list of Contributories in terms of Section 148(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and fixed 31st December 2002 as the date on or before which all Creditors of the Company are to prove their debts or Claims or risk being excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are proved.
