Notice is hereby given that on 28th November 2002 a petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Peebles Electrical Machines Limited (In Receivership), a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC193642) and having its Registered Office at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EN craving the Court inter alia that Peebles Machines Services Limited (“the Company”), a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC230132) and having its Registered Office at Rosyth Business Park, Wood Road, Rosyth, Fife, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which petition Lord Johnstone, by Interlocutor dated 29th November 2002 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service and meantime appointed John Bruce Cartwright and Gerald Ian Rankin, both of Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh to be the joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with all the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
